CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Our aim is to please but we know that sometimes things go wrong. If
you have a problem, we want to know. Our staff will be happy to help
you either on the telephone or at a branch. A copy of our complaints
procedure is available on request. Should you need to write to us,
please address your complaint to The Chief Executive at One Arleston
Way, Solihull, B90 4LH.
Complaints we cannot settle may be referred to the Financial
Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183, Marsh Wall, London, E14

Our staff can provide more detailed information and answer your
questions about Secure Trust Bank products and services. If you would
like more general information, the Financial Services Authority
(FSA), the financial services watchdog, provides a range of free

COMPENSATION SCHEME
Secure Trust Bank is a member of the Financial Services Compensation
Scheme established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
In respect of deposits with a UK office, payments under the Scheme
are limited to 100% of the first £2,000 of a depositors total
deposits with the bank and 90% of the next £33,000, resulting in a
maximum payment of £31,700. Most depositors, including individuals
and small firms, are covered. The Scheme covers deposits made with
the offices of the bank within the European Economic Area and
deposits denominated in all currencies are treated alike. Further
details of the Scheme are available on request.
