Understanding FSCS protection

• Each of our customers is protected up to the £85,000 limit
• Any deposits held above the £85,000 limit are unlikely to be covered
• The limit is across all accounts our customers hold with us – not for each account they hold
• If two customers own a joint account together and no other accounts with us, they are protected up to £170,000 (£85,000 each)
• You’ll normally get your money back within seven working days
