How the Prepaid Current Account works
1. Read through all the information in your information pack carefully.
2. Complete any missing personal details, then sign and date the Application Form.
3. Return the Application Form in the prepaid envelope provided.
4. Complete a Wage Transfer Request and hand it to your employer.
Once you've completed the first three steps we'll confirm your application and send you your new prepaid Current Account details, followed 3-5 days later by your card PIN and MasterCard® prepaid card. All you need to do then is step 4 which is to arrange for your salary to be paid into the account using the Wage Transfer Request form which you'll find in your Welcome Pack. Complete this form and pass it on to your employer.
Once your salary is received, we'll automatically load the amount you specify on to your MasterCard® prepaid card, and then you're free to start using it.
