We’re proud of our West Midlands roots and today we operate from a number of locations in the UK. We’re a much bigger family now – there’s more than 700 of us. In October 2016 we successfully listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

We invest in our people
As an internationally recognised accreditation held by over 14,000 organisations across the world, Investors in People sets the standard for what it means to lead, support and manage people well. In 2016 Secure Trust Bank built on its existing Investors in People accreditation not once but twice. In May we were awarded Investors in People Silver and in December we joined a select group of organisations which meet the Investors in People Gold standard. Our open and transparent culture and a strong commitment to equality and diversity were cited as two reasons why employees demonstrate high levels of trust in the leadership team and are motivated, engaged and proud to work for Secure Trust Bank.
We collect customer feedback through FEEFO, an independent global ratings and reviews provider used by the world’s most trusted brands. Comments and ratings are reported on a daily basis allowing service levels to be maintained and improved. Our average FEEFO rating for the year, based on nearly 400 reviews, stood at 4.5 out of 5 in December 2016 and any poor ratings are followed up by attempting to resolve the issue with the customer. We are proud to be the only bank to have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award which tests organisations in great depth on those areas which are a priority for consumers, with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. The report outlined the high standards demonstrated by the Group’s employees and made specific reference to their professionalism, honesty and positivity about working at Secure Trust Bank, as well as commenting on the organisation’s ethics.
