It’s all hands on deck in the Secure Trust Bank Group recruitment team of late, in February alone they filled a whopping 61 vacancies. This was a record-breaking month for the team whose previous record for roles filled was in the 40’s!
Almost a quarter of the roles filled were internal promotions, this is a real testament to the quality of staff that we have within our Group that so many roles were filled internally.
To fill these 61 roles, the team had to screen over 800 candidates. All of this whilst working on a large project to replace the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a lengthy project relying heavily on the recruitment team’s support.
