Managing Your Notice Account

How to manage your notice account
Paying into your savings account

We have made paying in simple – just send a BACS transfer or Faster Payment to the account number and sort code provided. A BACS transfer will reach your Secure Trust Bank Savings or Bond Account three working days from the transaction date. Faster Payments should be in your account within 24 hours. If you would prefer, you can also make deposits into your Savings Account by cheque. Just make the cheque payable to yourself, write your name and address on the back and send it to us with a covering letter giving the details of the account where you want the money to be paid in.

Withdrawing money from your account – single account holders

You can make a withdrawal by giving our Customer Services team a call, or write us a letter with details of the account and the amount you would like to withdraw. Have a look at your account Terms and Conditions for all the information on when and how you can withdraw your money.

Withdrawing money from your account – joint account holders

You can ask to make a withdrawal in writing, giving details of the account and the amount you would like to withdraw. You just need to make sure all account holders have signed the letter so we can go ahead with the withdrawal.

Organisations including charity accounts, societies and businesses

If you would prefer, you can ask to make a withdrawal in writing, giving details of the account and the amount you would like to withdraw. Just make sure all signatories have signed the letter so we can go ahead with the withdrawal.
