Ian Corfield has spent over 25 years working in financial services. He served as Chief Commercial Officer of NewDay Ltd from 2014 to 2023 where he helped build the Company into a leading financial services provider.

Previously Ian served as CEO of Aussie Home Loans and Business & Retail Banking at Bankwest, based in Australia, and prior to this he held a number of senior roles at HBOS Plc. Most recently Ian has worked as an adviser to HM Treasury and a Specialist Partner at Flint Global, a regulatory and competition advisory firm.

Rachel has considerable experience in financial services gained from a career spanning more than 20 years. She has held senior finance roles in Metro Bank where she was part of the original team that set up the bank. Rachel was also part of the successful Initial Public Offering at Shawbrook Bank.

Prior to joining STB Rachel was CFO at AIB Group (UK) plc. She brings a wealth of banking experience focused on high growth start up organisations and wider financial services experience gained in asset management, life, pensions and general insurance. She is a qualified chartered management accountant.

Jim has held senior roles in financial services for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in strategy, operations and transformation, with a strong focus on enhancing customer outcomes, combined with a deep understanding of the financial services value chain and regulatory environment.

Before joining Secure Trust Bank, Jim was CEO of Intrum UK, a debt purchase and collection company, and led the integration of Intrum's acquisition of Arrow Global UK, where he was previously CEO. Prior to this Jim was the Chief Operating Officer at Vanquis Bank plc, a role he held for over a decade, and before this held senior positions at Barclays Bank including Chief Operating Officer of UK Consumer Cards and Loans.

Andrew has over 20 years' experience in financial services, with a focus on commercial strategy and performance. Andrew has held major new business acquisition and commercial leadership roles within Lloyds Banking Group, Hitachi Capital and BNP Paribas, having built an industry recognised track record for driving profitable scale.

As Managing Director, Andrew has created and delivered successfully upon an ambitious growth strategy, moving the business from niche provider to major market player.

Luke brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial services to Secure Trust Bank. Prior to joining STB, he served as CEO of Momenta Finance, an alternative finance provider offering business loans, property finance, and asset finance solutions to UK SMEs.

His previous roles include Head of UK Sales and Head of UK Property Finance at Funding Circle and was also previously Head of Property Finance and Commercial Director at Barclays Business Bank.

Charles is a corporate lawyer specialising in corporate transactions, corporate governance and compliance. He is a former Corporate Partner at the law firm Simmons & Simmons where he worked for 30 years, advising banks, asset managers, listed companies and the Government.

He is also a charity trustee of the Association of Medical Research Charities.

Lisa Daniels is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute with over 20 years’ experience in corporate governance best practice, listing regimes, corporate transactions and restructures, and share plan administration. She joined Secure Trust Bank in March 2024.

Prior to joining Secure Trust Bank, Lisa was Group Company Secretary of Jupiter Fund Management plc, a FTSE 250 investment management firm. Previously she was Managing Director of Citco (Bermuda) Limited, a fund administration and corporate service provider, and has undertaken various governance roles within Man Group plc, Computacenter plc, BP plc and KPMG LLP.

Vicki joined Secure Trust Bank in February 2026 and has over 20 years of experience in HR, transformation and strategy with a strong track record of coaching leaders, engaging colleagues and shaping inclusive, collaborative cultures. She has expertise across organisational design and development, cultural transformation, reward, talent and performance management, employee relations and executive coaching.

Vicki was previously the Chief People Officer of Quanta and Wealthtime and has also held senior roles at Quilter, Denplan (part of AXA) and Tesco.

Matt Hatton is Chief Information Officer at Secure Trust Bank. He joined the Group in 2003 following the acquisition of V12 Finance Limited and was appointed to the CIO role in October 2024.

Matt has extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation and large scale systems integration. He led the early technology build of V12 Finance Limited, creating the UK's first end-to-end digital retail finance platform by embedding real time credit decisioning and electronic signature directly into the point-of-sale journey, fundamentally shifting the industry from paper based processes to fully online delivery.

As CIO, Matt is responsible for the Bank's technology strategy, delivery and operational resilience, ensuring technology supports sustainable growth, strong customer outcomes and the Group's strategic ambitions.

Rajat joined Secure Trust Bank in December 2025 and has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, savings strategy, and digital innovation. He has a strong track record of driving growth and profitability in savings businesses, combining commercial discipline with a customer first mindset.

His previous experience includes being head of OakNorth Bank's Savings & Deposits, where he scaled the liability business by 300% to over £6bn.

He has also served as the Chief Growth Officer at Yes Bank, Chief Marketing Officer at FirstRand Bank and as a Non-Executive Director at the World Biogas Association.
