The 2025 UK's Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Secure Trust Bank Group among the list of organisations in the Large & Super Large category.
STBG's position of X on the prestigious Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ list is a result of colleague feedback, measuring what everyone across the business feels about their experiences at work and their ability to reach their full potential. Great Place To Work® UK administered the research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based financial services and insurance employees.
The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
