Find out more about our Christmas opening hours and when you can expect to receive your funds over the festive period.
Opening hours:
Monday 22 December to Wednesday 24 December: 9am to 5pm
Thursday 25 December to Friday 26 December: CLOSED
Saturday 27 December: 9am to 1pm
Sunday 28 December: CLOSED
Monday 29 December to Wednesday 31 December: 9am to 5pm
Thursday 1 January: CLOSED
Friday 2 January onwards: normal opening hours
Withdrawal deadlines:
Wednesday 24 December before 2.30pm to receive your funds on the same day. Requests after 2.30pm will be processed on Monday 29 December.
Wednesday 29 December before 2.30pm to receive your funds on the same day. Requests after 2.30pm will be processed on Friday 2 January.
Interest payments and statements:
If you've chosen to have your interest paid away, this will be credited to your Nominated Account by the close of business on Friday 2 January.
Statements will be processed throughout the month. All statements will be available via Internet Banking or the Savings Mobile App by the end of January.
