Great Place to Work has published its annual employer rankings for the UK's Best Workplace, with Secure Trust Bank Group placing 28th in the Large Business category - up from 29th in last year's list.
Great Place to Work is part of a global organisation that applies data and insights from approximately 10,000 organisations across the world to benchmark the individual performance of employers. Secure Trust Bank Group is one of only 162 companies that have been awarded the coveted title of UK Best Workplace from those assessed across the country.
The award is based on two measures. An organisation's Trust Index, worked out from its annual employee engagement survey results, makes up two thirds of the marks. The remaining one third of marks comes from a rigorous Culture Assessment that looks at the quality of each organisation's leadership and people practices. Secure Trust Bank Group also received the Great Place to Work 'Excellence in Wellbeing' recognition which celebrates organisations that demonstrate a culture of wellbeing. Only 35 companies in the large category achieved this standard in 2020.
