We've expanded into bridging finance, and now we have one of the industry's best in position and ready to lead the way. Jamie Jolly has joined the business as head of bridging, marking an important milestone in the growth of our real estate finance offering.
What experience does Jamie bring to the role?
With more than 25 years of experience, Jamie brings the technical expertise and leadership needed to develop a dedicated bridging proposition that still carries the trust and stability we have built as a specialist lender throughout the past decade.
Over the coming year, we'll be assembling a specialist team focused on delivering flexible, relationship-led bridging solutions for brokers, investors and developers.
What can brokers expect from our new bridging finance offer?
Our expanded product range now includes land bank and development exit loans for residential and mixed-use schemes. The former also extends to purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
Loan sizes range from £2m to £20m, with terms between three and 24 months, giving our broker partners even more ways to support their clients.
