We recently provided a £7.5m residential development facility to support the construction of nine four-bedroom homes at Golden Manor Mews in Hanwell, West London. This marks our fourth deal completed with Bruckland since our relationship began in 2019.
The scheme itself will transform an existing site with a large house, previously converted into flats, alongside a bungalow set to be demolished as part of the works. Once complete, Golden Manor Mews will deliver high-quality family homes in a well-connected West London location.

The 34-month facility was structured at 65% loan to gross development value (LTGDV) and 80% loan to cost (LTC), with the homes expected to be sold following completion.
The transaction was led by Richard Lynn, senior relationship director, with support from James Reeves, relationship manager.
