Secure Trust Bank (STB) Real Estate Finance has completed a £17.4m residential property investment loan to support a London co-living developer, marking the beginning of a new relationship with one of the UK's largest co-living operators. The five-year facility, structured at 65% loan-to-value (LTV), will support its continued growth.
The property comprises 89 self-contained apartments alongside a range of amenities, including a gym, co-working space and cycle storage. The development reflects the focus on creating high-quality co-living environments that combine premium design with spaces that encourage community and resident wellbeing.
Completed in just seven weeks, the transaction represents STB's latest investment in the growing co-living market.
