If you haven't received your Membership ID (or you've forgotten it), go to Forgotten your Membership ID, enter the account number for one of your Secure Trust Bank savings accounts, your date of birth and postcode, and press 'submit'.
We’ll then send you a letter in the post containing your Membership ID (please allow 3-5 business days). When you have this, return to the Internet Banking login screen and go to ‘Forgotten Password’.

If you're unable to register, it may be because we have enhanced security controls in place. Please call 0345 111 7092 to complete your registration. We're available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm.
