During registration for the App, you can use the 'Forgot your Membership ID' or 'Forgot your Password' options and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, visit Secure Trust Bank's Internet Banking portal and use the 'Forgotten your Membership ID?' or 'Forgotten your Password' options.
If you have forgotten your App PIN, use the 'Forgot your PIN' on the Passcode screen and follow the instructions.
