The 2023 UK's Best Workplaces™ for Women list was launched by Great Place to Work® UK, recognising STBG among its ranked organisations. STBG has been ranked 17 out of 89 in the large organisations category, a significant improvement on its ranking of 37 out of 61 in 2022.
STBG is an organisation where people trust each other and employees are able to reach their full human potential, no matter who they are or what they do. 96% of females surveyed in STBG's 2022 employee survey agreed that 'people here are treated fairly regardless of their gender' and 91% agreed that 'I am offered training or development to further myself professionally'.
