Our Rotherham based Debt Managers business has now compiled its customer satisfaction data for the whole of 2018 and it makes pretty impressive reading.
All Debt Managers' customers are given the opportunity to provide feedback about their experience after being in contact with the business. Surveys are issued via SMS and an outstandingly high response rate of 37% for 2018 means that the business can have absolute confidence that results are representative of their customer's experience.
Customers were asked to rate their specific interaction experience as well as their overall experience of dealing with Debt Managers. The results show that 94% of respondents rated their interaction experience as excellent or good and 85% rated their overall experience of Debt Managers as excellent or good. It's a fantastic set of results that any business would be proud of but, when you consider that customers are being asked to discuss their personal financial situation, it is even more impressive.
