We've provided Cubica Capital with a £6.8m loan to refinance Roxby House, a recently converted in office block in Sidcup.
Originally designed by Owen Luder, one of Britain's most well-known post-war architects, the five-storey building now comprises 34 contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments that are being rented out to young professionals.

Roxby House is a stone's throw from Sidcup Station and offers strong transport links into the capital, with London Bridge accessible in under 40 minutes.
The five-year residential property investment loan, structured at 70% loan-to-value (LTV), is the latest provided to Cubica over the past five years. It's one of nine (!) live deals that have a combined value of almost £100m. That gets you Sandro Tonali nowadays.
Relationship manager Alasdair Bowers headed up the deal, working closely with Ariel Mozes, director at Cubica Capital, to achieve drawdown in just over three months.
Ariel said: "We've worked with Alasdair and the team for many years. Throughout the process, Alasdair was just a phone call away in the event of any potential obstacles and ensured the transaction was as seamless as possible.
"Roxby House has been thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant residential community. The redevelopment delivers modern residential accommodation while carefully retaining the building's architectural character. It is a welcome addition to Cubica Capital's growing residential portfolio."
Alasdair said: "Working with Ariel and Cubica is always an enjoyable experience. It's incredibly rewarding to see exciting developments like Roxby House come to life, especially considering the early demand for tenancies."
