North West Quarter development, Queens Park

A collection of 10 apartments in a newly completed block of the North West Quarter development, Queens Park, London, has been purchased by investment firm Prime Cities Embassy Gardens Ltd. The transaction was assisted by a £3m loan provided by Secure Trust Bank (STB) Real Estate Finance.

The portfolio is a mix of one and two-bedroom homes across Orwell House at the new build development. The NorthWest Quarter scheme was created as part of a major regeneration project in an exceptionally well-connected part of the city.

The five-year residential property investment loan has been provided to Prime Cities Embassy Gardens Ltd and marks the property investor's second loan from STB following their first deal at Nine Elms' Embassy Gardens in 2023. The deal was led by Barry Gorton, Head of Portfolio Management at STB Real Estate Finance.

The loan is part of the investor's long term 'buy-and-hold' investment strategy, acquiring flats in popular developments across London with a view to expand into prime locations in other UK cities in the near future. Following completion on the development in October 2024, the 10 units are now occupied, highlighting the popularity of North West Quarter to prospective buyers and tenants alike.

North West Quarter is situated in Zone 2 of London, and is a five minute walk from Queens Park Station, making it easily accessible for commuting into the centre of London. Amenities close to the development include a gym, supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, and café, making it ideal for first time buyers or for real estate investors.
