Existing customers
We’ve got good news for our existing customers. There’s now a quick and simple application process that uses the information we already hold on file for you.
As you’re an existing customer, it means that you can now apply for a Notice or Bond account in less time than usual, as long as it is to be solely in your name, simply by logging in to Internet Banking.
If you’d like to open a joint account or an ISA, please close this page window and apply via the ‘Apply online’ option. (This new process does not currently include joint accounts or ISAs, but we plan to extend it in the future.)
Because we’ll use your existing information to speed-up your application, we need you to check that the data we hold is correct before you start the application process.
It’s really easy to check your information:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Go to the ‘My details’ section, check your information and make any corrections if needed. (If you’d like help with updating your personal details, take a look at our FAQ)
- When you’ve checked your information is correct, please go to the ‘Applications’ tab and select the product that you want to apply for
