Existing customers

We’ve got good news for our existing customers. There’s a quick and simple application process that uses the information we already hold on file for you.

If you want to open an account solely in your name, you can apply for any of our products (Access Account, Notice Account, Fixed Rate Bond or Fixed Rate Cash ISA) via Internet Banking.

If you’d like to open a joint account, you must return to the product page and apply via the ‘Apply online’ option.

If you want to apply via Internet Banking, we need you to check that the data we hold is correct before you start the application process.

It’s really easy to check your information:

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to the ‘My details’ section, check your information and make any corrections if needed. (If you’d like help with updating your personal details, take a look at our FAQ)
  3. When you’ve checked your information is correct, please go to the ‘Open new account’ tab and select the product that you want to apply for
