When you're logged in (click here for help logging in), click on your account, select 'My details' in the menu on the left, and then use the menu to choose the personal detail you'd like to update.
You'll then be able to see a list of the accounts you've registered with us. To add another Nominated Account, type the details into the boxes. We'll need to know:
- Account name
- Account number
- Sort code
- Type of account (either 'bank' or 'building society')
To submit your new information, press the yellow 'Add External Account' button.
If you change your Nominated Account, payments you've asked us to make will possibly be delayed for a short time due to us running additional checks, but this shouldn't take more than 14 days.
Need to update your email address or phone number? Select 'Change contact details'.
Moved house and want to update your address? Pick 'Change personal details'.
Want to add or change your Nominated Account? Choose 'External accounts' and then 'Nominated Account'.
