How do I check, authorise or reject an action on my joint account?

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Select your account
  3. Select 'Awaiting authorisation' in the menu
  4. View actions requested by other account holders that need your approval (like withdrawals and changes to a Nominated Account)
  5. Select 'Authorise' or 'Reject' for a request
