To update your marketing preferences via Internet Banking:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select 'My details' in the menu on the left
- Select 'Change personal details'
- Scroll down to the 'Marketing preferences' section
- Select 'Edit'
- Update your preferences for email, post, phone and SMS
- Select 'Save'
- You'll see a message asking you to review and confirm your new details. If they're correct, select 'Save' again. If you need to make any changes, select 'Edit'
- You may need to complete two factor authentication
To update your marketing preferences via the Savings Mobile App:
- Log in to the App
- Select 'Profile'
- Scroll down and select 'Marketing preferences'
- Update your preferences for email, post, phone and SMS
