How do I update my marketing preferences?

To update your marketing preferences via Internet Banking:

1. Log in to Internet Banking
2. Select 'My details' in the menu on the left
3. Select 'Change personal details'
4. Scroll down to the 'Marketing preferences' section
5. Select 'Edit'
6. Update your preferences for email, post, phone and SMS
7. Select 'Save'
8. You'll see a message asking you to review and confirm your new details. If they're correct, select 'Save' again. If you need to make any changes, select 'Edit'
9. You may need to complete two factor authentication

To update your marketing preferences via the Savings Mobile App:

1. Log in to the App
2. Select 'Profile'
3. Scroll down and select 'Marketing preferences'
4. Update your preferences for email, post, phone and SMS
