Certificates of Interest will be available by the end of April.
To view or download your certificates online via Internet Banking, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select 'My Details' in the menu on the left
- Select 'Documents' in the sub-menu. You'll see a list of the Certificates of Interest we've created for you
- Select the Certificate of Interest you wish to view/download/print
To view or download your certificates to your mobile device via our Savings Mobile App, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the App
- On the 'Accounts' card, for the account you wish to view, select 'More'
- Select 'Certificates of interest' to see a list of documents
- Select the relevant certificate to see a summary and download a PDF copy
