Does an ISA have penalties?

You will only incur an 'early access charge' for the following:

  • Closing the ISA before maturity
  • Completing an internal transfer to another STB ISA before maturity
  • Transferring to another ISA provider before maturity

Note: If you have your ISA funds sent back to you, your funds will lose their tax-free status. For specific details on the 'early access charge', please refer to your Product Specific Terms and Conditions.
