If you change your mind and want to select a different product, revisit the Maturity Portal and complete the form for the product you would like. Where we can, we will use the latest instructions we receive from you.
If you would like to have your funds sent back to you, or to cancel the instruction to allow the funds move into a Matured Funds Access Account (for Bonds) or Matured Funds Access ISA (for ISAs), send us a secure message. We need at least 3 working days before your Bond or ISA is due to mature.
