As your Internet Banking membership ID is a unique identifier for you, it can't be changed.
Don't worry about forgetting it though. If you do, just click the orange 'Internet Banking' button that's at the top of each page and you'll be taken to the Internet Banking Log In page.
Press the 'Log In' button and click 'Forgotten your Membership ID?'
We'll need you to fill in a few details so that we can check your identity and get you logged in.
