  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Select on your account
  3. Select 'Nominated Account' in the menu
  4. View the details of the account you selected to pay in from and make payments to
  5. You can update your Nominated Account using the drop-down box to choose between accounts you have set up as an 'External Account'

If the account you want to use as your Nominated Account is not in the drop-down, you will need to add it as an 'External Account' first.

To add an 'External Account':

  1. Select 'My details' in the menu
  2. Select 'External Accounts'
  3. You will need to provide:
    • Account name
    • Account number
    • Sort code
    • Type of account (either 'Bank' or 'Building Society')
  4. Select 'Add External Account' to submit your new information

Once your new External Account has been verified and added to your list of External Accounts, remember to go back to the 'Nominated Account' section to select your newly added account.

Changing your Nominated Account may delay any requested payments, as we may need up to 14 days to complete additional checks.
