If your Fixed Rate Bond was opened before 24 November 2017 and we have not received any instructions, your funds will automatically be sent to your Nominated Account upon maturity.

If your Fixed Rate Bond was opened after 24 November 2017, you will need to send us a secure message before maturity to let us know you'd like your funds paid back to you.

If we don't receive any instructions, your funds will be transferred into a Matured Funds Access Account upon maturity. If this happens, you can log in to Internet Banking to close the account and your funds will be returned to you.
